I made it through safe and sound, I find myself back home still breathing and in one piece; my baby was right, of course he was right, out of the two of us he's the one that's level headed - I'm glad one of us is and I'm glad it's him - amongst everything else that he is to me he's my rock. He even texted me early afternoon whilst he was on his break to make sure I was okay, as ever it's the small, often insignificant things in life that have the ability to blow me away; just so kind and so thoughtful - bless you...........
I'm talking about my first day back at work after my holidays and as you may have guessed everything went well, I just slotted back in where I left off and after a couple of hours it was just another regular day. I'm just glad the days over now, I've no idea why but getting that first day back at work under my belt has taken a weight off my shoulders - it's a stupid feeling I know but I honestly can't help it; it does it to me every time, it's just me and I can't change that.
The start of the day shocked me, it's the first time I've been up early morning since late September and man how a week or two can change things. I mean I woke early Monday and Tuesday to see my baby off to work but I was still in a kind of sleepy haze and wasn't really paying a great deal of attention to things other than my boyfriend. Talking of which, and if I may side track some, I bought him a leather messenger bag as a gift from Spain, I bought myself one too, they were priced up at €50 each but with a great deal of haggling and feigning to walk away from the deal I got them both for €70. They're beautiful bags too and isn't haggling great, an awesome experience, pitting your wits against the seller in a war to get the cheapest price; it's a shame shops in the UK don't offer the same approach. I'm sure he still made a great profit out of the sale but that feeling of thinking you got a bargain or at the very least got the goods at a much cheaper price is a great thrill. Anyway I was stuck as to what to buy my baby, save the usual aftershave or bottle of spirits; I wanted something slightly different, slightly more personal and something that will last. As soon as I saw the bags I knew I'd found the elusive gift, he already owns an Adidas Originals messenger bag which is real nice and he uses it all the time both for work and play; it's perfect for when we're out and about on days off but for work when he's dressed up it looks kind of out of place.
So I bought him the bag, which he loves and it looks great; when he was ready for leaving for work on Monday morning he had it slung over his shoulder and it really did look the part - he really did look the part. He was wearing a pair of black formal trousers, a lilac shirt, grey tie and a dark grey woollen reefer jacket; I mean he looked awesome, seriously awesome and the jacket in itself is beautiful, he bought it from Debenhams the last time we went into Manchester shopping. But the bag just complimented the formal look so well and I'm not just saying it because I bought it for him - he looked a million dollars, dressed so well with a cheeky smile on his face and the bag over his shoulder; this may sound real cheesy but it made me feel so proud of him, it really did, my baby heading out to face another working week and looking so good. In fact he looked better than good he looked absolutely fantastically gorgeous and so hot and sexy, more so than normal; I love to see him dressed for work in formal trousers, shirt and tie it really does turn me on. And if he comes straight to mine after work, oh my gosh, all the better, I adore kissing, touching and slowly undressing him out of his work clothes - it's the most horniest experience ever; and his trousers, dear oh dear. He bought them from Burtons, they weren't expensive by any means but they're kind of fitted and they fit him seriously well - they really do accentuate his package, not in a vulgar way but it's noticeable (to me anyway!) and they show his cute little butt perfectly. It's a sight I could never, ever get bored of, it makes me seriously horny and if I was single and saw him as a stranger in the street I would give anything to be his boyfriend - luckily I don't have to!
So back to the post and what shocked me this morning; isn't it so dark in the morning now? I mean seriously dark, how can a couple of weeks have such an effect as that? It was like the middle of the night, pitch black; not only that but it was seriously cold too. Before I went away it was real mild and now - well you can really tell that's Autumn is on it's way, it's real noticeable. When I got to work I went out with just my regular jacket on and had to head back to the office to put my fleece on too, no joke! Hands in my pockets, my fleece and jacket zipped right up and my breath visible in the cold air - a serious comedown from Spain. If that wasn't shocking enough in the vast majority of shops there was the unmistakable notion of something that starts with C and ends in hristmas. Give me a break I've only just returned from a late Summer holiday............
