We are what we find ourselves

Good evening Blogger friends, it's been another glorious day weather-wise and I hope the sun has been shining and the skies have been blue in your part of the world. I wasn't going to post tonight and I don't think this is going to be a long post regardless, I just wanted to say I'm so looking forward to this weekend. It's my weekend off, a couple of days away from work and more importantly a couple of days spent with my boyfriend.

I've just been speaking to him on the phone and for some reason I'm feeling real emotional - not in a bad way but in a kind of open-hearted, loving, tender, fragile way. It was so good to hear his voice - just so good, I could have cried for no particular reason other than I could hear him. That may sound strange, I don't know and I don't really care!

It was just beautiful to speak to him tonight, it was something I was in desperate need of, I craved for; again for no particular reason but that was timed to perfection. I guess it was just the opportunity of being able to put my mind in neutral, to not think of the words I was saying, not worry about anything and just speak my heart in hushed tones - so pure and innocent. I could so easily fall asleep talking and listening to him - I have done in the past when we've been together; lay with my head upon his chest whispering sweet nothings to each other whilst slowly drifting away into some magical dreamland. I'm becoming reflective now but if there are any times that deserve reflection those are the ones; I'm just so comfortable and at ease with him - it says a great deal.

We are what we find ourselves dear readers - nothing more, nothing less - if you find happiness within yourself then that's very special; but to find someone else who's also happy with what they find in you, that's something else entirely..............................
